Returns must be sent within 21 days of the purchase date. When shipped via Canada post the 21 days begin once the tracking number reflects a deliver date.
Shipping items back is the responsibility of the customer.
A store credit will be issued for the purchase price of your item (minus original shipping cost).
Store credits do not expire and can be used on any item in our store. We do not offer refunds.
Sale section items, undergarments, hats and any item purchased at a discount or with a code are FINAL sale and can not be returned.
Returns must be received in original unused condition with tags attached, can not smell of cigarette smoke, perfumes etc. or have stains or animal hair.
