Shipping & Returns

Here at The Sprouting Fawn we understand that sometimes it can be hard to shop online. We strive to make your experience the best you have ever had, because that is what you our amazing customers deserve! There may be times that an item you purchase just doesn't fit properly despite our efforts to give all sizing information, nothing tells the truth like a try on! For this very reason we want to make returns as easy as possible for you! 
Please note the following steps and guidelines to make your return smooth and easy. 
  • Shipping items back is the responsibility of the customer.
  • A store credit will be issued for the purchase price of your item (minus original shipping cost).
  • Store credits do not expire and can be used on any item in our store. We do not offer refunds.
  • There is a 3 day grace period to notify us of any manufacturer defects to be eligible for a full credit. After 3 days we can offer you a  $10.00 store credit in lieu of having the item repaired.
  • Returns must be sent within 21 days of the purchase date when shipped via Canada post the 21 days begin once the tracking number reflects a deliver date.
  • Sale section items, undergarments, hats and any item purchased at a discount or with a code are FINAL sale and can not be returned. 
  • Returns must be received in original unused condition with tags attached, can not smell of cigarette smoke, perfumes etc. or have stains or animal hair. 
  • We are happy to provide shipping across Canada at flat rate of $9.99 or FREE over $75.00.
  • All local shipments will go out with Canada Post and can be tracked with the tracking number attached to your order email.
  • We offer free local curb side pickup from Monday- Friday 10-2 pm, Saturday 12-4, Sunday’s CLOSED at our warehouse 11-8520 Manning Avenue .
  • All items will ship from our warehouse on Mondays and Thursdays. Multiple orders can be merged together by leaving a note at checkout.
