Shipping & Returns

We understand sometimes it can be hard to shop online and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to shop confidently. There may be times an item you purchase just doesn't fit properly, despite our efforts to give all sizing information, nothing tells the truth like a try on! If you find yourself needing to make a return, please follow the steps below: 
  • It is important to try on ALL items immediately upon receiving them in order to begin the return process within the time allotted.
  • Returns on curb side pickup orders must be brought back within 21 days of the PURCHASE DATE not the date of pickup.
  • Returns on shipping orders must be sent back within 21 days or your RECEIVING DATE *however if your order sits in the warehouse (to add more items, or due to improper shipping selection at checkout) the days accumulated while sitting in our pickup area are included in the total 21 day return policy. This will result in an inability to return your item.
  • When MERGING orders (holding items to add more), the number of days it sits in the packing area will be deducted from your return policy window. Ie: holding orders for 10 days before asking to have them shipped means you only have 11 days left to return after you receive them in the mail. 
  • Shipping items back is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Upon receiving your return, the warehouse will inspect the item carefully in order to deem it approved for a credit or exchange.
  • Items brought back damaged will not be granted a credit and will be held at the warehouse for pickup.
  • There is a 3-day grace period to notify us of any manufacturer defects (ie: seam letting go) to be eligible for a full credit. After 3 days we can offer you a $10 store credit in lieu of having the item repaired.  
  • A store credit will be issued for the purchase price of your items (minus original shipping cost)
  • Store credits do not expire and can be used on any item in our store. We do not offer refunds.
  • Sale section items, BOGO's, mystery bundles, undergarments, hats, discount codes and any item with a hole punch in the tag are FINAL sale and cannot be returned. 
  • Returns must be received in original unused condition with tags attached, cannot smell of cigarette smoke, perfumes etc., or have stains, damages or animal hair.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We are happy to provide shipping across Canada at flat rate of $12.00 on orders under $150. Orders over $150.00 ship FREE! International Shipping is a flat rate of $15.
  • We are happy to MERGE your orders together for you to save on shipping! To do this your first order must have the initial $12.00 shipping applied or already qualify for the free shipping ($150 order+). After that is complete you can leave us a note at checkout to combine that order and future orders together. 
  • All shipments go out with Canada Post and can be tracked with the tracking number attached to your order email.
  • We offer free local curb side pickup from Monday- Friday 10-2 pm, Saturday 12-4, Sunday’s CLOSED at our warehouse 11-8520 Manning Avenue.
  • All items will ship from our warehouse on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Multiple orders can be merged together by leaving a note at checkout.  

Local Delivery Policy

    • All local deliveries will be made within 24-48 hours from the time your order is packed in the warehouse Monday to Friday.
    • If you ordered on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) your order will be packaged to go out the next business day and will arrive 24-48 hours from the time of packaging. 

    • Local deliveries will be made within city limits and will only show at checkout if you qualify within those limits.

    • Deliveries will be attempted one time and left on your doorstep if no one is home. Choosing delivery means you understand that any package left on your doorstep is now the customers responsibility and we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items after dropping off. 

    • If you live in an apartment building, we will make one attempt to deliver and call the phone number on the order. If no one is available, the package returns to the warehouse for pickup. 

    • If you require a second delivery attempt the delivery fee will need to be paid again. 

    • Any returns or exchanges will need to be brought back to the warehouse by the customer within 21 days of receiving your order.
